Mountain Garden Reimagined! Installing a Unique Canoe Water Feature

Welcome back to our mountain home. Get ready to see our mountain garden reimagined! In this episode, we're taking a major step in transforming our outdoor space by finally installing our unique DIY canoe water feature. You'll see the process of getting the vintage 17-foot aluminum canoe into its permanent spot next to our retaining wall. We're also adding a liner and filling it with captured rainwater, creating the foundation for an extraordinary water element in our mountain oasis. Plus, we're planting a ton of new and transplanted plants around the canoe to create a lush and natural look that will truly reimagine this part of our garden. We're planting everything from ostrich ferns, cinnamon ferns, hostas, red Japanese maples, cardoons, sedum, leopard plants, and groundcover. Stay tuned for the next phases as we continue to develop this exciting and unique project!
