Why is the electric field zero inside a uniform shell of charge? Monte Carlo Python solution.

If you have a spherical metal with uniform charge, all of that excess charge will be on the surface. From that, there are two important things:
The electric field inside the metal is zero (zero vector).
The electric field outside the metal look just like the electric field due to a point charge.
Here I show this is true by generating 2000 random point charges.
