In this video I discuss managing my relationship with social media which has been a part of my life since I was a child. It's so normal to spend hours of our days on various apps but at times I've really struggled with my relationship with it.
I've parted with social media in varying degrees since 2016 and now I feel like I'm at my last hurdle- breaking my addition to consuming YouTube videos.
