Today I'm sharing with you some of the best team-building activities for large groups.

If you've got a big team, and you know what a massive undertaking it is to plan a team-building event that gets everyone involved. But that doesn't mean there aren't some great activities that can make it easier! Here are five of them.

The first is called Paper Plane Parade. This is a creative game that can really get employees fired up for the rest of the session. To start, you'll need A4 Paper, tape and scissors.

Divide the group into teams of 4 or 5 players and give each team a piece of paper, scissors and tape. Start a five-minute timer and tell the teams to make a paper plane using only the items provided. When the timer runs out, have each team present their aircraft and explain their design. The teams will then stand in a line and attempt to throw their plane as far as they can.

Teams will be judged on distance travelled, time in the air, and which looks best. Make it extra fun by awarding prizes to the winners!

Next up, we've got Where Do You Stand?

It's a simple, energizing game that's perfect for large groups and easy to set up. All you need is an open space and a handful of 'This or That' questions.

To play, divide the room in half and ask your group to stand on the centre line. Then have a moderator ask "This or That" questions, like "Pizza or Pasta?" and assign an answer to each side of the room. For example, if a player chooses pizza, they'll step to the left, if a player chooses pasta, they'll step to the right.

Ask questions in quick succession to encourage speedy thinking and decision-making. It's a great game for getting to know one another!

Another great game for large groups is 3-Question Mingle. It's a great game if you're looking to bond, and all you need is paper and pens!

To play, hand each player three pieces of paper and a pen. Then ask players to write down three open-ended questions like, "What's your favourite thing to do outside of work?" or "If you could have a superpower, what would it be?"

Once everyone has their questions ready, have them find a partner. Each player will take turns asking and answering one question. When they're done, they'll swap their questions and find a new partner. Keep playing until time runs out!

Fourth, we've got Paper Tower. Now in Paper Tower, employees must work together to build the highest tower they can using only A4 paper. It's an excellent game for building communication and leadership skills.

Divide your team into groups of 5 or 6, and give each team a stack of paper. Start a timer and have the teams attempt to build the tallest tower they can using only the paper provided. No other materials are allowed.

When the time runs out, measure each tower and award a prize to the team that has the highest!

And finally, we've got Keep Up Balloons! It's a light-hearted, energizing game that's perfect for large groups!

To play, divide into teams of 3 or 4 and give each team twice as many balloons as they are players.

At the start, have your teams hit the balloons into the air and try to keep the balloons from touching the ground. When the time runs out, the team with the most balloons still in the air is the winner!
