I did not put the rebuild photos in. I will make a new video when I overhaul the extra Muncie 318. The extra trans had gear clash going in to second, and it was worse cold. The one in the car was hard going in second when hot... after going 10 or more miles on a warm summer evening.
You can stake the brass ring with a punch all around it, and maybe get a few more years out if it, if you can't find one. I see them now on eBay going in the $300 to $400 range .
