In this video i'm going to show you how to debone a leg of lamb!

Now you don't have to debone a leg of lamb, they cook fine with the bone in.
However, if you want something that's easy to carve, or a more even cook, or you might even want to stop at the butterflied stage to cook your lamb, then this video is for you!
You can also use the tying technique shown in this video on things like roast pork, ribeye roasts, steak and more!
