Many times I get asked about fits of rage in people with Tourette’s.
This is extremely common, especially when they are in their adolescence.
I took this chance to open up about my anger journey and how I have learned how to curb it.
I also wanted to be honest about how I feel. I am not an influencer and I want to be vulnerable with my viewers. Why? Because vulnerability is real and I feel we don’t highlight it enough. We bury it.
Being real is what life is all about!
