Elváratnak; régi céhös mestörségök mai mívelői, kalmárok, lacikonyhások. Regősök, lantosok, komédiások, tűznyelők, csepűrágók és kikiáltók. Mindazok, akik mestörségüket hitös pöcséttel bizonyítják és a sokadalmi vámot tisztösségben mögfizetik.”
