In this video I'll show how I did this portrait of a yellow Labrador. Packed with tips and techniques for drawing realistic fur in pastels. From how to select pencil colours to the layering process, no matter what I am drawing I'll always work in small sections. This makes any portrait far less daunting to tackle and for me I work more effectively and efficiently.
