The FAI World Championships for Space Models were held near Austin Texas in early July. The Austin Area Rocketry Group conducted at high-power rocketry demonstration at the event. I launched my "Test Rocket", which has an active orientation system that can make the rocket fly in a predetermined orientation, as part of the demonstration. The flight went very well, although the low contrast conditions made it difficult to see the rocket.
