My wife and live in SW France as exPats and have recently purchased a 1983 Rapido 410 Randonneur (Backpacker in English) and we hope to use it to travel around Europe in our retirement.
It's 42 years old and in very tidy condition and I am going to perform some modifications to improve liveability but keeping the essence of this very rare survivor.
Rapido only made 50 of them in 1983 and 150 in 1984 before moving on to the 700 series, so if you know of another one then please post a comment.
Hopefully the video production quality will improve over time so bear with us :)
