Saloni informs Bhabho that she is going to teach poor children, as it's a sort of social service and there will be many children as well. However, Bhabho tells her that she is going to work to be away from Aditya, and others won't get a chance to accuse her. Saloni spends a joyous day on the first day at school. At the end of the day, Saloni sees a little girl abandoned outside school and carries her. The moment she carries her, Saloni finds a strange kind of connection with the baby. Just then, Savitri's husband sees Saloni and decides to make use of the rich lady. He raises an alarm and accuses Saloni of stealing his baby! Saloni explains her stance but he refuses to heed her. Nahar comes then and gives Savitri's husband some money. Savitri sees this and apologises to Nahar. Later, Saloni tells Nahar that when she held the baby she felt as though it was her own. Meanwhile, Kshitij informs Veer that a huge amount of money has been transferred into Nahar's account from the office account. He subtly instigates his father against Nahar, so Veer is furious. Kshitij promises that Nahar's downfall has begun. Veer keeps phoning Nahar but the latter is busy romancing Saloni in the rains. Nahar is summoned to office. Kshitij returns to his room drunk and happy that Nahar and Brijesh will be ruined! Kalika cautions him to be quiet but Kshitij berates her. He forces her to drink but she warns him to talk without touching her. Kalika reminds him that their marriage is only a charade! Kshitij tries to force himself on her but she slaps him!
