This is a neighbor's mower, he had left it outside for about 2 years and hadn't used it. It was covered with a tarp. He needed me to get it going so he can give it to one of his children as they just got their own place. I have worked on one of his older mowers in the past.

I tried to rig up a cable for the self propel but that didn't work. I was able to free up the brake
cable and use a hose clamp to fasten it to the handle bars to be able to use it untill the new cables came from amazon
