Hello again peoples :) Today is day 2 on the beautiful main island of paradise! My friends and I spent the day at the Edgewater Resort where they make the best local dishes - the ‘Ika Mata’ and the ‘Rukau’ dish! We went back to our Villa to learn how to husk some coconuts from our awesome guide and friend, Ana. She taught us how to husk, grate and extract coconut cream! To top the day off we ended up at Muri Night Markets. So much food to consume in so little time haha!
