Reconstitution Recap: Q2 2025

CF Benchmarks, recently named etf.​com’s 2025 Index Provider of the Year, is pleased to share our latest video — an in-depth analysis of the Q2 2025 reconstitution of the CF Capitalization Series, a suite of indices regulated under the UK Benchmarks Regulation (BMR).

Q2 Reconstitution Highlights:

Reversal of Q1 trends: #bitcoin reasserted dominance, with its index weighting rising from 67% to 75% as market concentration increased
#altcoins saw reduced representation, reflecting waning momentum relative to Bitcoin

Portfolio Index Changes:

CF IDAX and CF Ultra Cap 5: No additions or deletions, consistent with Q1
CF Large Cap Index (top 95% of investible market): Index now comprises of ten constituents as a result of seven tokens being removed
CF Broad Cap Index (top 99%): One addition, five removals
