Homemade Napoleon Cake – Light Version 👇
Dough:
• 200 g cottage cheese
• 1–2 eggs
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 50 g butter
• Vanilla
• Salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Flour – enough to make a rollable dough (depends on cottage cheese moisture)
Cream:
1. Whisk 2–3 eggs with 1–2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 2 tbsp cornstarch.
2. Heat 1 liter of milk to a boil.
3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Instructions:
1. Roll out the dough into layers and bake.
2. Assemble the layers with the cream and let them soak for a few hours.
Tip: This version has less sugar and fat than the classic Napoleon, perfect for a gentle winter treat 🌿
