This is a yoga nidra meditation for deep relaxation and better sleep. After some deep breaths to relax, then drawing our attention to each body part in turn, and then completing our practice with a 3 minute meditation.
For this relaxation, get yourself comfortable, laying down with palms facing up. You may wish to support your body with a pillow under the head and bolster under the knees if you wish. In this meditation we will just draw our attention to each body part and then relax fully.
