Independent 300 square meter villa with land and valley view overlooking Monferrato Italy

While searching for cheap real estate in Vercelli for a subscriber of this channel, I was directed to check out the Monferrato area in Piedmont Italy. I was hopeful to find an indpendent villa with some extra land for use as a rental property. Upon using google maps to identify a remote hilltop town in the area, I planned a day trip to see what I could find upon my arrival.

I was fortunate that Alberto with Tecnocasa was able to spend the day with me touring real estate. In this video you will experience the third property he took me to in a frazione of Serralunga di Crea, Italy. Another Independent Villa ready to move in to enjoy the views of Monferrato.
