Overview
Team Ultimatum is thrilled to unveil Ultimatum: Rouge Refreshed, a bold new mod designed to bring a re-imagined and refined version of Rouge into the game. This project is being crafted by a small, trio of developers — SilverOrigins, Shorlet, and possibly Jesus.B.

This mod introduces Rouge as an Extra Slot character (Slot 25), packed with new features, visual enhancements, and customizable options to make her feel like a seamless part of the S3AIR experience.

A Complete Sprite Overhaul
We’ve reimagined Rouge with updated, polished sprites that enhance her overall design while staying true to her character. Expect Rouge to shine in every frame, whether she’s in action or standing still.

New Abilities
Rouge now has a Drill Dive ability! Launch yourself downward in midair by pressing Down + B.

Cutscene Enhancements
Rouge will feature unique cutscene sprites, and we’re aiming to include a custom cutscene to truly elevate her story integration into the game.

Customization Options
One of the standout features of this mod is how much freedom you have to tailor Rouge to your liking. Here’s what you can customize:

• Palettes: Choose from various color schemes to give Rouge a fresh look.
• Sprites: Replace or tweak her visuals to suit your style.
• Partner Selection: Team up with Tails or Cream. (Note: Cream requires CRaZyK's ES Cream mod.)
• Speed Shoes Icon: Choose the normal icon or rouge's shoe as the icon for a speed shoe monitor.
• Act Select Name: Customize how her name appears in the Act Select screen.
• Toggleable Peel-Out: Switch this feature on or off depending on your playstyle.

There's also a small list of various mods that are compatible with this mod to enhance your gameplay experience. Those to be exact:
