Although what I’m technically doing in this video is electroplating, it's commonly referred to as electroforming. If you're looking for detailed info on how to set up your bath, I highly recommend joining the Electroforming Facebook group. It’s full of helpful people and searchable tips for troubleshooting and learning this amazing process.

HELPFUL TIPS
Set your rectifier to CC (constant current)
Keep your solution warm (around 75°F or higher) for better plating
Check and gently move your pieces while forming to prevent them from bonding to the wire
Don’t get discouraged, everyone ruins a few pieces while learning! It’s part of the process
Always seal softer stones before electroforming (Mohs hardness below 7)
