The yoga block and the loop band are a great addition to your workout routine. In this pilates-based mat workout, you will ignite your core, work on strength and flexibility and hold planks for 1 minute! This is our second week for Planksgiving. Only 2 more weeks to go! Planks are held longer each week to challenge your core and upper body strength!
