I Made My Mom’s Famous Blintzes

On Mother's day I had my mother over and we filmed a special Deadly Delicious episode on a dish that I loved growing up. We are making Blintzes!


Mom's Blitzes Recipe
1 Cup Dry Farmers Cottage Cheese or Regular cottage cheese, drained.
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream (Optional)
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Butter, melted for cooking

Top with Sour cream + Sugar + Lemon Juice mix and fruit toppings

Mom's Crepes Recipe
2 Eggs
2/3 Cups of Milk
1 Tbsp Melted shortening (Crisco or Oil)
1/2 Cup of Flour
1/2 tbs Salt (for savory)
1 tsp Sugar (Omit for main dish)
