University of Sheffield Brass Band performing On The Quarter Deck at UniBrass 2015. Composed by Kenneth J. Alford.
The University of Sheffield Brass Band was formed 18 months ago and entered the competition for the first time last year, gaining a credible 6th place.
They have a working relationship with the Unite the Union band, based in Sheffield, and hope to do more joint concerts in the future. The band isn't a registered society, and so is self-funded, with the band committee working hard to make things happen.
