Before We Build Again, We Needed This Reset

Back on site at Salvador Valley after four weeks away, and before we start building accommodation again, we needed a proper reset.

This video isn’t about big construction or dramatic progress. It’s about the small, unglamorous work that clears your head and sets a project up properly.

We start by finishing the thatched roof on the handwash station, using natural materials and simple techniques that suit the climate here in El Salvador. It’s slow, practical work, but it feels good to close loops and finally tick things off the snag list.
