How to Make Crepe Paper Blue Hydrangeas

Supplies that you will need to make the blue hydrangea:

Scissors
Floral Tape - in white and light green
Tacky Glue
Floral Wires - 30-40 pieces of 26 gauge about 7 inches long, and 1 piece of 16 gauge wire for the main stem.
German/doublette paper in white/white
Design Master Tint Spray in Hydrangea Blue and Plum (please do this outside and wear a mask)
