Here's presenting a journey taken aboard the 22413 Madgaon - Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express. Intended to serve the state of Goa mostly, its popularly referred to as the Goa Rajdhani Express.

This video is the second part of an entire journey from Madgaon to Hazrat Nizamuddin. The link to the first part is right up in this description box. This part starts from Mumbai, more precisely Vasari Road, along the northern limits of the city of Mumbai. The Rajdhani, led by a Ratlam WDM-3A, picks up pace through the suburban stations and head towards Gujarat as night falls - bringing an end to that day's action.

Day-2 starts with us at the outer of Ratlam Jn in Madhya Pradesh. Now led by a WAP-7 from Tughlakabad, its a slow skip, but a skip all right. What follows thereafter is a sight to enjoy and relish - a staggering run of 130 kmph beating anything and everything on its way - including quite a few overtakes.

Kota Jn is the only halt in the entire daytime and the same run is reflected thereafter. It culminates into an arrival at Mathura outer at around 2:30 PM with just 190 kms to go for Delhi with 2.5 hrs in hand. As it appears, we do not need that much amount of time pulling nto Hzart Nizamuddin at 4:25 PM, some 30 minutes ahead of schedule.

The highlight of the entire journey would undoubtedly the waether. Peak monsoon season ensures we hardly face the typical Rajasthan heat. There are even multiple sharp spells of rail along the way.
