Hey everyone! Today I’m showcasing one of the most iconic decks from the Base–Rocket era: InSaNiTy.

This deck evolved from Haymaker with the release of the Team Rocket set, thanks especially to Rocket’s Sneak Attack.
The idea is simple: Impostor Professor Oak reduces the opponent’s hand to 4 cards, and Sneak Attack discards a Trainer from it.

In Pokémon Card GB2: GR Dan Sanjou! we also have The Rocket’s Trap, originally from the Japanese Team Rocket set. With it, you can even force the opponent to discard their last three cards — full service!

Of course, the deck runs all the Energy Removal cards and the usual suite of Trainers. A lot of Trainers.

For this showcase I included Scyther, Hitmonchan, Electabuzz, and Mewtwo.
The deck can struggle against Magician (Mr. Mime, Alakazam, Pokémon Center / Tentacool), but Jigglypuff (and maybe Wigglytuff) can put Mr. Mime to sleep and disable Transparent Wall.

This deck is definitely not at its best in-game, but I really wanted to feature it on the channel.
I don’t remember the exact list, but it’s easy to assemble something similar.
