Washing, Sorting and Polishing Processing Line Carrots - Marcelissen

This video shows the carrot processing line. This is a production line for carrots. A production line at Marcelissen is made in cooperation with another company. Specially based on its needs.

We make customized carrot processing lines. In consultation with a customer, we choose which machines to put into use throughout the production line. The machines come from our wide range of machines.

There are some very important links within a carrot line. These include a Roller Desoiler - VR, the Washing Drum - VW, the Brushing Machine - NBR and the Root Sorter - SRK. These machines are detailed on the carrot line page.

Of course, other machines can be attached to the above mentioned machines. This depends on the wishes and needs of the customer. These are always mapped out first. After this, in collaboration with Engineering and R&D, the most optimal solution is considered. After this step follows the production, the test phase, the installation of the production line, the start-up of the production line, the evaluation & possible feedback and finally, of course, the service & maintenance.
