Welcome back to another project update from St Mary’s Wharf in Guildford. Our Project Manager, Tom O’Connell, shares the latest progress as we move from demolition into the construction phase.

With the upper storeys complete, work is now focused on the basement, where the new ground floor slab, columns, and core walls are being constructed. Tom also discusses how we’ve adapted demolition techniques to support our neighbours at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre.
