About the Webinar:
In this webinar, Raquel Silva introduces leaders to essential concepts from the Certified Agile Leader (CAL) program, emphasising that meaningful organisational change is driven by influence, awareness, and systems thinking rather than formal job titles. She explains three common leadership traps: the authority illusion, which assumes change requires positional power; the change-resistant myth, which misinterprets systemic issues as people problems; and the mindset mandate, which attempts to shift culture without adjusting the structures that reinforce existing behaviours.

Raquel then equips participants with practical systems-level tools, such as influence maps and causal loop diagrams, to help leaders visualise feedback loops, anticipate unintended consequences, and design more effective interventions. Throughout the session, leaders are encouraged to cultivate change through experimentation, curiosity, and relational influence.
