Instruction – Before you start your shadow uchi-komi, find 2 shoes and place them in front of you. This will help you visualise where your partner would be. When you are ready, pick one of your judo throws and perform the movement as if you were practicing with a partner.
Do this exercise for 20-30 sec. Repeat each throw you do for 2 Sets and try to pick something to improve on each time.
