Ingredients for dough:
1 teaspoons instant or active dry yeast
3 Tablespoons sugar
150 ml whole milk ( 2/3 cup)
50 g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 large egg
350g all-purpose flour, plus more as needed (about 3 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
Filling :
Nutella
Egg wash:
1 egg yolk beaten with 1 Tablespoon water/ milk
Garnish:
Powder sugar
