This Historic building was built in 1900. And used by the Maple Leaf Rubber Company up until 1955 when Lincoln Fabrics occupied it till 2016 when it closed and they moved to Grimsby. It has been a key landmark and also one of the last few surviving structures from Port Dalhousie's industrial era. In 2017 it was purchased and is going to be turned into Condominiums. It will be a mixed-use building of nine storeys. The plan includes 117 residential units, six live-work units, and commercial space for a restaurant and cafe. The project was supposed to start in 2021 but stopped and now is currently expected to start again this year.
