A 4K aerial tour of the Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT), currently acting as the staging hub for the Dominion Energy Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project.

This video documents the fleet of "Working Vessels" tasked with transporting and installing wind turbines off the coast of Virginia Beach. The footage features the heavy-lift installation vessel Orion (DEME), alongside the massive inventory of monopiles (foundations), transition pieces, and turbine blades currently staged at the port.
