How To Make A Durable Boffer Sword (DIY Tutorial)

This design has come from much trial and error and has proven to hold up even with the heaviest hitters.

This tutorial gives step by step instructions covering not only the method but also the reasons for each little feature and technique.

To make this style of boffer sword You will need:
A 3/4" PVC pipe, about an arm's length
A Big Boss pool noodle
Duct tape
Hockey tape
A sharp knife
Water pipe insulation if making a stabbing tip.
And about 15 minutes of your time.
