A great temptation for new players to Terra Invicta is the temptation to be overly passive with the alien invaders - they're not shooting at you so you stay quiet and build your economy and nations. Building up is useful, but if you want to slow the Hydra down and keep moving through the tech tree and the story, you do need to go on the offensive.
Today I show two main ways you want to do that early on as we capture one Hydra and blast a surveillance ship out of orbit.
