Horizontal Winding Machine 10 tons, 16 flat wires, 4 CTC wires, wire pressing device

Horizontal winding machine is designed for coil winding of power transformers. The machine has a rigid structure and it is easy to operate. The machine is controlled by an operating panel with a touch screen and a pedal which allows variable, stepless winding speed. It is suitable for winding all paper insulated flat and CTC wires.

Pressing device
The pressing device is used to press radially and axially against the wire to get compact coils via 2 motors (vertical and horizontal) and 4 pneumatic cylinders (vertical and horizontal). The pressing force adjustable from operator panel.

Brake for flat and CTC wires
The brake for flat and CTC wires is placed on sliding guiding rails, so it can move sideways and will follow the position of the wire guides.
It consists of polished hardened steel plates that are pressed against the wires and generate needed wire tension to achieve compact coils. The guide rollers guide the wire to the brake inlet and outlet and are height adjustable according to the height of the wire.

Decoiler for 4 CTC wires
The machine is equipped with 4 CTC wires decoilers with pneumatic disc brake. All decoilers are placed on one baseplate and on sliding guiding rails with servomotor, so it can move sideways and automatically follow the position of the wire guides.

Decoiler 90° swivelable for 16 flat wires
The machine is equipped with decoiler 90° swivelable for 16 flat wires with pneumatic disc brake. All decoilers are placed on one baseplate and on sliding guiding rails with servomotor, so it can move sideways and automatically follow the position of the wire guides.
