Plum dumplings recipe:
for the dough:
400g Potatoes
30g butter
2 egg yolk
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp wheat semolina

for the filling:
6 Plums

for the breading:
6 teaspoons sugar
50g butter
50g breadcrumbs
