We sand, stain, and finish a newly installed oak floor. We also edger sand a section where the wall was removed, and existing pieces were reused to fill in the gap. We stain floor with Varathane Provincial, where I demonstrate how I exit a room when staining. We apply three coats of Fabulon satin urethane. Adding stain to darken urethane is discussed.
