📢 God is Speaking—Are We Listening? Prophetic Series Day 17

As we explore how God speaks, it would be remiss of me not to include human creativity as a way that God can speak to us.

Music. Art. Poetry. Dance. Drama. Writing… All forms of creative expression.

These aren't just beautiful expressions—they can be prophetic vessels.
Look at what Scripture tells us:

"David, together with the commanders of the army, set apart some of the sons of Asaph, Heman and Jeduthun for the ministry of prophesying, accompanied by harps, lyres and cymbals. Here is the list of the men who performed this service..." (1 Chronicles 25:1)

Did you catch that? The ministry of PROPHESYING... accompanied by instruments.

Music was prophetic ministry.

God speaks through creative expression:
• A song that captures exactly what your heart needed to hear
• A painting that moves you to tears
• A poem that articulates what you couldn't say
• A dance that releases something in your spirit
• A story that reveals truth

Creativity carries the voice of God.

Sometimes it's intentional—an artist creating specifically to prophesy.

Sometimes it's unintentional—God using someone's creative expression to speak to someone else entirely.

I've experienced this countless times—where a song, a piece of art, a story seemed to be written specifically for me in that moment. God orchestrated the timing, the encounter, the message.
