This 8mm Home Movie footage contains scenes of Camp Hill Flyover construction on Sunday, October 15, 1961. Also travelling over the new flyover, filmed from front of No.37 bus on Sunday, October 22, 1961.
Camp Hill Flyover, also known as Bordesley Flyover was constructed over one weekend as a temporary traffic measure. A steel and concrete construction ramp over the Camp Hill/Coventry Road junction. It remained in operation for 28 years, closing in 1989.
