5 ● 👨‍🎓 How I Study & Work

My study session is a 60-minute or 90-minute Pomodoro Timer. Then, there will be a break of 10 minutes (or 9 or 15 or something similar). During the live study with me, I repeat this for 2-12 hours. This is a double Pomodoro timer (60\10 or 60\9). The Pomodoro technique is very powerful. Breaks are essential to keep the efficiency of your study or work high. Always take them! I have a timer for all these scenarios.
