This is soo good. One of my fave cheese cakes i’ve made so far. The choc orange ganache topping is the game changer!!
One tip I have is to clean the tin after levelling out your cheesecake mix and before adding your ganache to give your layers a cleaner finish.

Chocolate Orange Cheesecake
Base:
-275g digestives
-125g unsalted butter
Cheesecake mix:
-500g cream cheese
-250g @terryschocolateorange
-50g icing sugar
-300ml double cream
Topping:
80ml cream
160g terrys chocolate orange
Decoration:
-30g white chocolate
-10g double cream
-orange food colouring
