After 50,000 miles I've added Enhanced Autopilot. Will roadtrips be more relaxing now?

Last week I tested Standard Autopilot, Enhanced Autopilot and "Full Self Driving Capability" on a loaner Model 3. EAP impressed me enough to buy it for my Tesla Model Y.

My first long trip using EAP! Auto-lane change and Navigate on Autopilot are the two biggest additions to my car. Do they make a long trip easier to manage? Or more stressful? Should you spend the money on your own Tesla?
