So for Sol to make the no contact with Flusty for the time being. Shade got what he wanted for Flusty to be alone forever. Shade plan was to get Flusty away from the Clowns in the most isolated way, so he can latch more onto his memories & and more memories he consumes basically altering he's forcing him to forget the clowns, and everyone.

Flusty made a deal with him to find the mimes that did this to him, and in which he has. Flusty is listening to Shade and his dark motives cause Flusty is naive & dumb. He wanted him alone from the very beginning.
