London's Cheapest Houses PART 2
We are back in the capital city London, back looking at cheap houses, that are not even cheap. But the cheapest I could find.
This may be the most crazy trip to the city I have made, in terms of how shocking the properties were that I found. One was literally falling down around me as I was looking round.
I also came across an old, abandoned grow house which was super interesting. It had obviously been busted by the police and then chucked on auction, but it was essentially just a garden, with the whole house covered in soil.
The average price for a house in London is around the half a million pound mark, which is bonkers as one of these house I view went for over £500,000...so I will have to return to try and find even cheaper houses in the future, and I cannot imagine what state they will be in.
