Dancing is movement. What's moving? Where is your energy, weight, focus? It's all based on opposition: dividing your weight and energy in opposite directions. You fall where your weight is. Work your arms to help you balance. When you promenade, turn the front arm so it pulls your body and your head and supporting heel. Remember, you look like what you do. Or don't do!
