You can replace Stene with Kiris, and Romann with Fluri I guess, but do note that Romann has a short cd on his s3, he can push back along with dizzy (Spammable) to prevent furious from getting stacks, dispel everything, and puts extra poisons for the extra cheese.
The strategy is to kill the first boss fast enough with poisons before it goes berserk (easily achievable with the slows and pushes backs), to keep all the souls for stage 2 and just spam pushes backs with Romann. I tried this several times, it should be pretty stable unless you get 15%'d every time.
