"When an enemy unit with "Steadfast Safeguard" is Weakness Broken, dispels control states for all allies, and allies immediately take action and restore HP. All enemies take 25% more Memosprite Skill DMG, and 15% more Skill DMG"
The vulnerability buff only applies to skill damage, so many characters can’t fully take advantage of it—but at least we still get the action advance!
