材料 Ingredients
1. 半只菜园鸡切块（半茶匙胡椒粉，盐和薯粉腌制）half chicken cut into pieces (marinate with half tsp salt, pepper & corn flour)
2. 2根香茅切斜丝点缀 2 lemongrass cut into shreds for garnishing
3. 1条红辣椒 1 red chilli
打碎To blend
12粒小葱头 12 shallots
3粒蒜瓣 3 garlic cloves
6根香茅切小丁6 Lemongrass cut slantly
5 条小辣椒 5 bird’s eye chilli
调酱汁 prepare the sauce
小碗水Small bowl of water
1 茶匙鱼露 1 tsp fish sauce
半茶匙盐 half tsp salt
2茶匙糖 2 tsp sugar
2茶匙蚝油 2 tsp oyster sauce
1 茶匙玉米粉 1 tsp corn starch
